1. What is R. Wadiwala mTrade?

mTrade is a power packed mobile trading application from R. Wadiwala. It allows you to trade on themove with real-time trading rights at your fingertips.

Any client registered with R. Wadiwala can avail this facility. However, if you do not have a trading account withus, you can send a mail to inquiry@rwadiwala.com. We will get back to you.

Just follow these simple steps:

>Download ‘R. Wadiwala mTrade’ app from Google Play Store / iOS App Store / BBM.

>Send an email to netsupport@rwadiwala.com to activate your mobile trading. Please make sure to write your account/trading code in the email and ensure that the e-mail is sent from your registered email id only.

>Login using your trading code as your login id. You can use your ODIN net.net or ODIN Diet password to login mobile trading application.

No, if you are logged into any one of the applications, you will get message ‘User already logged in’ when you try to login into other application.

Yes, it is completely secure to trade on R. Wadiwala mTrade.

>Mobile device does not store any session details. This enhances the security in case of loss of yourdevice.

>If the device is inactive for 15 minutes, the session willget terminated automatically.

>Data transfer between application and our order routing system is secured with highest level ofencryption.

Your username and password are extremely sensitive piece of information. It is your obligation to keep them confidential. You must immediately inform us if you suspect any third party accessing your account or any unauthorised dealing in your account.

Yes, R. Wadiwala mTrade gives you an option to place order for particular scrip directly from themarketwatch. All you need to do is click on the scrip in your marketwatch and select “Buy/ Sell” button.

Yes, you can square-off your position from R. Wadiwala mTrade. Go to ‘Positions’ in menu section and select the position to square off.

Yes, you can convert your open position from delivery to intraday and vice versa.

Yes, all orders placed online or through dealers will reflect in R. Wadiwala mTrade engine. Also, all ordersplaced here will reflect in Net.Net/Diet trading platform.

No, presently you cannot trade in SLB, MF or IPO through R. Wadiwala mTrade.

Yes, you can place orders after the market hours using the AMO facility. Timing for the same will be:

>17:00 pm to 11:30 pm

>8:15 am to 9:15 am

The orders would be submitted to the exchange subject to availability of your margin with the company.

In case your data connection is lost during the transaction, there is a possibility of the transaction getting failed. Please check the order book to confirm the transaction status.

Every time you visit the application, system will automatically check for updates and will prompt you to download the latest version.

When you change your mobile device, you just need to download the R. Wadiwala mTrade application on the new device and login with your existing User ID and Password.

Monthly charges are Rs 125 per segment. However, if your brokerage exceeds Rs 200 in a month, charges for that month will be waived off. Further, if your brokerage exceeds Rs2000 in any month, charges for the next 12 months will be completely waived off.

Currently, NSE Cash, NSE Derivatives and NCDEX are available on mobile platform. We will soon commence BSE Cash and MCX on this platform.

We have a separate app called ‘R. Wadiwala Client’ for back office and PMS. Ledger, stock holding, trade listing, etc., can be tracked using this app. You can download the app from Google Play Store / iOS App Store / Windows.
